Each Sunday School class will be invited to the Hunt at a designated time. If your child is too young to attend Sunday School but would like to hunt for Easter Eggs, they should be at the front doors of the school by 9:45 AM and they will join the preschool class for their hunt.SUNDAY SCHOOL THIS WEEK: Jesus is our Passover Lamb, who with His very body and blood grants us forgiveness, life, and salvation. The children will learn about the Last Supper, the Lord’s Supper (Luke 22:1–23). In your family discussions, talk about the benefits and blessings that we receive in the Lord’s Supper. Talk about and remind the children that such benefits are theirs through their Baptism, in Holy Absolution (the forgiveness of God spoken by the Pastor), and through God’s Word, which is preached and taught to them. In the catechism, review the Lord’s Supper. HOLY WEEK SERVICES: The story of Passion Week continues as the disciples join with Jesus in the Upper Room for the Last Supper and the events leading up the Good Friday. Please take time to join us Thursday, April 5, at 7 PM for Maundy Thursday Service, which will include the celebration of Holy Communion. On Good Friday, April 6, there will be a service at 12 Noon and a Tenebrae Service at 7 PM. OURSAVIORLOUISVILLE.COM: By the time you read this, today's sermon will have been posted on the website! Later on this week you can read today's sermon again to be reminded of God's love for you and his promises. Next month, you can go back to the archives to re-read a sermon that you found particularly meaningful. EASTER LILIES: TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO ORDER. LWML is taking orders for Easter Lilies until April 1st. The cost is $9.00 per plant. This is a wonderful opportunity to help adorn the Easter altar and remember a loved one in honor of or in memory of that person. The order forms are located on the poster in the Narthex. Please make the check payable to LWML and place into the furnished envelope into the offering plate. EASTER EGG HUNT DONATIONS: A very special thank you for all who contributed candy, stuffed animals, small gift items, plastic eggs, and your time to help make the Easter Egg hunt a success. Your support of this ministry is truly appreciated. VALET SERVICE: A valet service will begin soon at Our Savior on Sunday mornings. There will be drivers available before and after each service to assist those members with special needs to park their cars and then return their cars for them when they are ready to leave. Experienced drivers interested in assisting with this free service should contact Sharon Coleman. YOUTH NEWS! We will meet at NOON! For questions or rides, call the Otten’s at 244-5903 or the Robison’s at 938-4766.
